At the moment we offer FREE SHIPPING for purchases above £15, but only ship within the U.K. If you are resident outside the U.K. and wish to purchase an item, please contact Purple Gifts  on +447789961820 during gallery hours to discuss purchasing and shipping options or email your request to richardrussell@purplegallery.com. Payments for goods to be shipped outside the U.K. will be only be accepted via a credit card.

Please note that the free shipping service we offer is via EVRI or Royal Mail. Items over the value of £20 will require a signature. Three attempts will be made during the working day to deliver your parcel to your shipping address. Signed for items cannot be left in a safe place so please ensure that there will be someone in at your designated delivery address to receive your parcel. You will be notified by the courier via email that your delivery is being made and there is no facility to change the delivery date or specify your own delivery time. If a delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, your parcel will be returned to Purple Gallery. The cost of outward postage would be deducted from your initial purchase with any extra costs we incur due to a non delivery of the goods you ordered. You will be notified via email of that amount and that amount will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery Schedule
Purple Gifts is closed on Mondays. Stock items will be shipped from Tuesdays to Saturdays during normal opening hours and we endeavour to fulfil an order within 1 day of ordering and ship 3-5 day delivery. If you order a product during closed hours and require next day delivery, please notify the gallery via email at the time of purchase and we will endeavour to fulfil your posting requirement. You would be responsible for the cost of a next day or two day delivery posting option.

Tax Charges
VAT is not charged on items.
